Refund policy

BLACK FRIDAY 2026

Any Australian orders purchased during our Black Friday Sale are eligible for exchange of size or store credit only. International orders are eligible for store credit only.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns in their original condition — unused, unworn, and unaltered, with tags and hygiene liners attached — for either a refund or store credit.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, duties and taxes (including VAT) are non-refundable.

Refunds or store credit will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned package.

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Full Name

  • Original Order Number

  • Reason for return (wrong size, style change, change of mind, or faulty item)

  • Request for refund, exchange, or store credit

 

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS / EXCHANGES

RETURNS

All return requests must be submitted within 20 days of placing your order.

Please refer to the Returning Condition section to ensure your item meets the return requirements.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If an item is faulty, the cost of returning the item will be covered by WHITELINE LABEL.

Please allow up to 2 business days for our returns team to respond. Once approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.

Please note WHITELINE LABEL is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are available for full-priced items only.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Free gifts

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the garment does not meet the Returning Condition policy.

All returns are inspected once received. You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically take 2–7 business days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted on full-priced items only within 20 days of purchase, provided the item meets the return conditions.

Please note:

  • Items cannot be held while waiting for returns.

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

 

STORE CREDIT

If store credit is requested, a digital gift card will be issued via email.

Please note:

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for your store credit to be processed.

  • Store credit cannot be refunded once issued.

 

 

RETURNING CONDITION

To be eligible for a return, garments must:

  • Be returned within the 20 day return period

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Have tags and hygiene liners attached

  • Be returned in original sale condition

 

 

REJECTED RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted if the garment:

  • Does not have hygiene liners or tags attached

  • Has a noticeable odour (e.g. perfume)

  • Has stains or blemishes

  • Shows signs of wear and tear

  • Contains animal hair

  • Has been washed

All items are thoroughly inspected before processing. If items do not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected and no refund issued.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos of the fault

Faulty item requests are treated as a priority and will be resolved within 2 business days.

Please note damage caused by wear and tear, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered faulty.
